I've been practicing fitness since I am 15. I was insecure, the thin and bony type of guy. Really kind though... Anyway, fitness helped me get more confidence. So, I built the body I wanted in couple years, then I started helping people to achieve their fitness goal. How agreeable it was to see people transformation and happiness. πŸ’ͺ

I spent more than 10 years learning stuff about Bodybuilding. So I dived into Physiology, biology, biochemistry, muscle anatomy, dietetic and so and so... Then I was a personal trainer and nutrition coach for many years until I get my master degree in... Sales and Marketing. I know weird background, isn't it?!

As you likely dug it, I’m not a personal trainer and nutrition coach anymore. But I still love to fitness. So, now I’m writing about it.
